So what is this all about then..?

We're glad you asked! We buy the freshest and most beautiful flowers each morning from the markets, arrange them and deliver them around Adelaide each weekday for only $49 including delivery. Our head florist decides on the style of the day, and they are arranged in a simple, elegant and cute posy, a little more petite than a traditional bouquet. We wrap them in hessian, tied with natural twine and your messages are on a little white swing tag attached to the bunch.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday except Public Holidays. Occasionally, like Mother's Day, we'll remove our weekend pants but we'll always give plenty of notice when that happens.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Our fancy terms and conditions says that deliveries will occur between 9-5 for business and 9-6:30 for houses but the reality is old mate T&C has never personally delivered anything. In almost all occasions, deliveries will start at around 11 and be done normally before 4.

Can I ask for a specific time?

Due to the nature of this little business, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Our drivers must take the most efficient routes of delivery so we can keep our price down to $49. We always welcome you contacting us regarding your order if you need specific times, we will always try our very best to help out. You can also pop some info in our further instructions and we'll always try, but please understand it's not a guarantee.

Do you deliver to my area?

Unlike a lot of other florists, we do not use external delivery services to bring you your flowers. We do this to ensure a certain level of service but it does mean we are restricted in how far we can travel (but it's still a fair way).

How did you guys get so cool?

In all honesty, we were born this way!

What do you do if there are dogs in the front yard?

We love dogs and generally it ends up being the dog that doesn't want any more attention from us! But, our general rule is we will not enter if our driver feels unsafe. We will contact you if this is the case but we reserve the right to refuse delivery should our driver feel that way.

Will your native bunches look just like the picture?

A lot of care goes into making our bunches look as close to the picture as possible but hey, these are not mass manufactured, they are a natural product so some variation may occur. This is particularly prevalent with our mixed native bunches due to the way we source them. Please understand that we never aim to deceive our customers, we always photograph the most 'regular' bunch we have.

What happens if no one is home for the delivery?

This happens A LOT! But fear not, if no one is home and it's safe to do so, we will always leave them in a cup of cool water by the front door. We will also let you know by SMS that they have been left. Naturally, if there is any issue at all with the flowers, please let us know, we want your recipient to love the flowers as much (maybe even more) than you do.

What's the deadline for same day delivery?

We take orders right up until 1pm for same day delivery, unless we sell out early. On busy days, this can happen as early as 9:30am. We will have a notice on the website, order form and all of our social media when we sell out for the day.

I want to send flowers in the future!

Firstly, congratulations on your time travel aspirations, but seriously, of course you can. You can order for any working date in the future, just add whatever date you'd like on the order form delivery date (Mon-Fri only).

Can you deliver to hospitals?

Yup. We do, very regularly. We do ask that you include as much information as you have in the further instructions field to help us find the patient, but our drivers are trained to check with reception on the way in. Please note that some hospitals will not accept flowers if a patient is on certain wards (i.e. Critical/Intensive care, cancer wards). Please check with the hospital before ordering.

Can I request specific flowers?

Our Head Florist hits the market each morning to select the freshest and most beautiful flowers available and we don't like to hinder her creativity. If you're looking for something specific we can certainly make up a custom bunch for you, with prices starting from $75. We just need to know the day before. How do I know my flowers have arrived?

We ask for your mobile phone number on the order form, not so we can text you funny memes (unless you ask) but more so we can send you an SMS to advise your flowers have been delivered. It's all part of the itty bitty service.

I have an issue with my order, alas what shall I do?

Easy Peasy! We're very approachable, just get in touch either through email at hey@ittybittybunch.com or through our facebook page. These are always manned in some way. We'll work with you and sort your problems out.
